La Sportiva and Scarpa
Why choose original resoling? Original La Sportiva or Scarpa resoling is the best way to preserve the initial performance of your climbing shoes. The soles are replaced with the same rubber as on a new pair, applied with the exact thickness and positioning specific to each model.
With this option, there's no need to choose a different rubber: the original sole is automatically applied, according to the manufacturer's specifications. The grip, support, and feel underfoot thus remain true to the original design of the shoe.
Vibram XS Edge
Firm and stable rubber for precise edging, maximum grip and high durability.
Sensations & Performance: Vibram XS Edge is a stiffer rubber compound designed to offer maximum support, high durability, and precise control on small edges. Its rigidity creates a stable platform underfoot, ideal for very precise footwork.
Ideal for technical routes, vertical walls and multi-pitch climbing, where precision and stability on small holds are essential.
Vibram XS Grip
Versatile rubber with an excellent balance of grip, support and wear resistance.
Sensations & Performance: The Vibram XS Grip is a versatile rubber compound offering a good balance between grip, support, and durability. It provides reliable friction while remaining firm enough for controlled edge control.
Ideal for climbers seeking a versatile, high-performance rubber in a wide range of styles and conditions.
Vibram XS Grip 2
Highly adhesive rubber for maximum friction and greater sensitivity, ideal for overhangs and bouldering.
Sensations & Performance: The Vibram XS Grip 2 is a softer, performance-oriented rubber compound, offering improved grip and good elasticity. It ensures high friction while maintaining consistent performance at varying temperatures.
Ideal for steep routes, bouldering and situations where maximum grip and high sensitivity are required.
OCUN Cat 1.5
Highly adhesive rubber, with grip and flexibility, ideal for technical placement and bouldering.
Sensations & Performance: The Ocun CAT 1.5 is a performance rubber offering increased flexibility and friction. Its softer feel promotes dynamic movements and efficient smearing.
Ideal for bouldering, indoor climbing and steeper routes where grip and feel are paramount.
Mad Rock Sience Friction
Versatile rubber combining grip and durability for consistent performance on many surfaces.
Sensations & Performance Science Friction is a modern climbing rubber developed to offer strong grip combined with good durability. It provides a reliable balance between friction, elasticity, and wear resistance, ensuring consistent performance on a wide variety of surfaces.
Ideal for: An excellent all-around choice for climbers seeking reliable smearing grip and sufficient support for small holds, both indoors and outdoors.
Mad Rock Xtreme Friction
A high-friction rubber that offers maximum grip and sensitivity, especially on modern holds and volumes.
Touch & Performance: Mad Rock's Xtreme Friction is designed to maximize friction on climbing surfaces. Softer and more flexible, it conforms better to the surface and provides more grip and control—ideal for modern and dynamic climbing and bouldering.
Ideal for climbers seeking maximum grip in smearing and for techniques like toe hooks and heel hooks, with a reassuring “sticky” feel on many surfaces.
RAToM GP 1 Hard
Highly adhesive rubber, slightly firmer, offering more support and better durability.
Sensations & Performance: The GP1-Hard shares the same high-grip character as the GP1-Soft, with slightly greater stiffness for increased support and durability. It offers excellent smearing performance while providing more stability and precision on small holds.
Ideal for indoor climbing, competition-style routes, and no-tex holds where grip and control are essential. A good choice for climbers seeking a balance of sensitivity, support, and durability, both indoors and outdoors.
WAR GP 2 Hard
Compound GP firmest and most durable (≈65A), designed for edging, control and outdoor use.
Sensations & Performance GP2-Hard is designed for versatile performance and is the stiffest rubber in the GP series. It offers excellent grip and stability on small edges and vertical walls, while remaining slightly more flexible than many other Italian rubbers. Less flexible than the GP1 series, it nevertheless retains the grippy feel and good feedback characteristic of RATOM.
Ideal for technical climbing, steeper routes, and outdoor use where precision on small holds and durability are essential. An excellent choice for climbers seeking long-lasting performance without sacrificing grip.
WAR GP 1 Soft
Ultra-soft rubber with excellent grip for maximum smearing, especially indoors and in cool weather.
Sensations & Performance GP1-Soft is the softest rubber in the RATOM range. It deforms very easily and conforms to even the slightest surface textures. This provides exceptional smear performance and maximum friction, especially on slabs, volumes, and polished holds.
Ideal for indoor climbing and cold conditions, where the rubber needs to remain flexible. Suitable for climbers seeking high sensitivity and a very direct feel, close to a "second skin" effect.
Usage Notes: Due to its high flexibility, GP1-Soft wears out more quickly during intensive use on small holds or abrasive rocks such as granite. Its use outdoors in hot weather is not recommended, as the rubber becomes too soft.
Davos Stick Plus
Firmer and more durable rubber for stable performance under heavy indoor use.
Sensations & Performance Davos Stick Plus is the stiffest rubber in the Davos range. It is designed to offer high durability and consistent grip, especially during intensive indoor use.
Ideal for climbers who spend a lot of time indoors and are looking for a wear-resistant rubber that is effective on plastic holds.
Davos Stick Zero
Balanced compound for versatile use on slabs and vertical walls, indoors and outdoors.
Sensations & Performance: Davos Stick Zero is a balanced rubber offering a good compromise between grip and support. It provides reliable friction on slabs and vertical walls, with enough precision for controlled foot placement.
Ideal for: A versatile choice for both indoor and outdoor climbing, particularly on routes where control and precision are important.
Davos Stick Evolution
Softer rubber with excellent grip, great on overhangs and smooth holds.
Sensations & Performance: Davos Stick Evolution is a softer, high-grip rubber designed to offer greater sensitivity and grip. It performs particularly well on technical terrain, steep sections, and smooth or worn holds.
Ideal for climbers seeking maximum grip and excellent feel on overhanging routes, volumes, and technical sections.
