Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I pay for my repair?

When your climbing shoes are almost ready, we will send you an invoice payment request by email.

Your repair will only be returned to you once payment has been made.

  • Can I also give you my climbing shoes with the shoe makeup?

Yes, fill out the repair form and hand it in with your climbing shoes.

  • How long have I had my climbing shoes missing?

On average, approximately 10 working days after receiving your repair.

  • Do you repair all brands of climbing shoes?

Yes, we can repair all brands of climbing shoes.

  • Do I really have to fill out and print a form for each pair?

No, that's not necessary. One form is sufficient, provided it clearly indicates what we need to do for each pair (choice of rubber, additional repairs, remarks).

Tip: include a small note with each pair specifying the desired tasks.

  • Is heat harmful to my climbing shoes?

Yes, high temperatures are not good, among other things, for the glue that holds the shoes together. This can then cause them to come loose.

  • Can you also have just the broken nose repaired?

The answer is no, a rim or toe cap is always partially fixed under the sole, that's how climbing shoes are made, and unfortunately it is not possible to replace a sole that has been removed.

  • What should I do after filling out the form?

After completing it, you will receive an email with a printable version of your form; print it or write the information on a piece of paper and add it to your climbing shoes, then you can send them to us or bring them in.

When should I resole my climbing shoes?

This is the perfect time. You just need to replace the insoles, provided the rubber on the toes isn't too thin.

If your climbing shoes look like this, they should also have toe caps or collars.

When is it best to stop? If you can put your finger in there :)

We can always fix it if we really want to, but it's better not to.
