• For orders of 4 pairs or more in the Netherlands and 6 pairs or more in Belgium, return shipping is free.

For orders of 6 pairs or more in the rest of Europe, the return shipping cost is €12.00.

From 9 pairs onwards, return shipping is free.

• When your repair is almost ready to ship, you will receive an invoice and payment notification from us. Your repair will only be shipped after payment has been received.
• The average delivery time is 10 working days after receiving your climbing shoes.
• Delivery costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium are calculated according to the applicable rates.
• If you do not specify your choice, La Sportiva and Scarpa climbing shoes will be repaired in a standard way with the original materials (if available), while other brands will be repaired with Vibram XS Edge 4 mm.
• If the edges or tips are very thin or damaged, they will also be repaired without prior consultation.
• Also carefully check the seams, Velcro, laces, loops, etc. It would be a shame to have to return them for that reason.
• Print this form and send/bring it with your repair. If you don't have a printer, you can write down all your personal information and the necessary repairs for each pair of climbing shoes on a piece of paper.
